I was so happy to be able to go to Christmas in Dixie this year. A sweet friend loaned me her flash, and it helped immensely! I also got a lens with a wider angle. So basically, I came with better equipment this year, and I'm so, so happy with the results! Everyone was so friendly and danced beautifully (as usual), and I even got to dance in one of the open dances, which was tons of fun 'cause I haven't danced in a really long time (as a bonus it was a waltz, which is my favorite dance :D). It was a wonderful night with wonderful friends, and I look forward to next year.
